CŎCĪNA, pronounced kɔ-ki-na, was born in 2016 in the Châtelain district from an unconditional love of Italy and its gastronomy for Carmelo Licata and Antoine Bradfer. A modern yet ultra-authentic cuisine revolving around the seasons, direct arrivals from Italy and the cravings of the moment.
Following our trattoria italiana, a pizzeria & aperitivo bar opened in 2017 in the bustling Flagey district. Joined by Eleonora Giordano, Madame CŎCĪNA, the establishment offers genuine Neapolitan pizza, crisp and airy, in a lively atmosphere.
Our squadra expanded again in 2018 with the opening of Bistro Nazionale, an emblematic sun-drenched corner in the center of the golden triangle: Place Flagey - Etang d'Ixelles - Avenue Louise. O' Sole Mio ambience guaranteed. Enjoy Italian-style bistro cuisine in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Following the closure of restaurants during the pandemic, the trio set up Gabriella, a delicatessen and caterer, on the emblematic Place Saint-Job in Uccle. An essential means of continuing to share the secrets of vera Cucina italianna, right down to the casa. Today, Gabriella focuses exclusively on events.
